RETURN POLICY

Replacement of the product in the same style and pattern will be done free of cost only if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style, fitting issues, incorrect size received), or damaged products are received by the customer. Products should be sent for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Intimation: You can either call our Support Number + or Email Us at support@ofofit.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery. The details of the replacement (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email. All products sold on Framofy are 100% genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one. 

NO REFUNDS and REPLACEMENTS would be entertained for International shipments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you wish to cancel an order, an easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
